Orders & Shipping

How do I make an order?

Just click on the product of your choice, add it to your cart. This will take you to your shopping cart where quantities can also be changed. Then click 'checkout' to fill out your shipping and payment details. Either enter your credit card details to pay for your chosen items or we also offer other payment options.

Which payment methods do you accept?

PrimRosa Essence accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay & Shop Pay

  • Paypal

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card or Paypal statement.

How long does shipping take?

Our products are delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the item’s availability. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We’re happy to offer **Free Standard Shipping** on all orders, with no minimum required within NZ and the United States.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time. You can also check on the status of your order in the my account section.

Products & Availability

Where do your products ship from?

We work with trusted suppliers from around the world. Most items are shipped directly from our international warehouse partners to ensure you get the best value and quality.

What if an item is out of stock? 

If a product is unavailable, we’ll update the store listing and notify you if it's part of an order. You’ll have the option to choose a replacement or receive a refund.

Is my payment information secure? 

Yes. Your payment and personal data are encrypted and handled securely. We never store your card details.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item if I’m not happy with it? 

Yes! We offer returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please visit our Returns Policy.

How do I start a return?

Simply email us at support@primrosaessence.co.nz with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the process.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

We’re truly sorry if this happens. Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we’ll send a replacement, or issue a refund right away.
